Completed files receive a shareable certificate (via link and QR code) to verify to readers, customers, professors, or others that the document was crafted without the use of generative AI.

Individual

When you need to prove, now or in the future, that your work was really your own, original content, use our system. Individual plans enable a single user to create and certify files. They can certify documents as needed whether for work, Substack, emails, social media, Linkedin, job applications, or beyond. Our versatile certification system enables usage with innumerable platforms. Individual plans include (3) human auditor credits per month.

Professional

Prove your expertise to clients and verify your employees’ work.

The professional plan differs from the individual plan in that it allows a company to monitor the devices and output of their employees. Professional plans enable a deeper knowledge of a production’s and employee’s creative history through administrative features not available in an individual plan. Professional plans include unlimited certifications per month and include (3) human auditor credits per employee per month.

In a world of failing AI-content detectors, our system is the gold standard for verifying your students’ work was produced without generative AI. Our system blocks AI sources, audits writing in real time, prohibiting AI generated content, locks students’ phones, and provides a human auditor feature to review the entire crafting process, analyzing it for signs of human editorial behaviors versus generative-AI hand-jamming. Our Academic plans are large-scale, offering the cheapest available option on a per-user basis, with features uniquely tailored for educators and students, including assignment and exam features.

Quality Standards

Certified Human Content™ provides the highest assurance available to verifiers that certified files were crafted without the use of generative AI. While we cannot guarantee that any specific file was completely free of generative AI, our system of preventing, monitoring, deterring, promoting, and disclosing is the best way to ensure a file was created without generative AI.

Our Gold Standard is our Human Auditor feature. Human Auditors for Certified Human Content™ utilize a proprietary standard for editorial analysis which may involve reviewing cursor activity, typing speed, paragraph restructuring, vocabulary usage, research on the content pasted into files to verify their origin, and additional proprietary elements based on research for human provenance data. Our auditors undergo rigorous training to offer the highest level of competency in evaluating files.

Human Creative Interface

Our Philosophy

Prevent

We prevent the use of generative-AI by requiring content to be produced within our system and by blocking common generative-AI sources. Additionally, we link other devices and offer a “phone-lock” feature which offers additional assurance that a user was not “cheating” by utilizing another device.

Deter

We deter the use of generative AI by auditing pasted content and actively scanning written content for common generative-AI words, phrases, and structure. Unverifiable sources of pasted content and generative AI text will be uncertifiable.

Monitor

Our human auditors (an additional service in our system) review the entire creative process for signs of human originality with our proprietary editorial-behavioral analysis. Our human auditing feature is the Gold Standard for proving a work was made without generative AI.

Promote

We promote human originality by making the use of generative-AI a personal hassle. It is difficult to utilize our system while bouncing around on multiple devices, browsers, and especially while trying to sneak-in generative-AI. We promote human originality by refusing to certify trope generative-AI phraseology, and by prohibiting or making difficult behaviors which might allow AI to be secretly snuck-in. Our system makes using your own creativity the path of least resistance.

Disclose

Certified Files will disclose many details about their crafting process to a verifier, including (but not limited to, depending upon plan type), how long a file took to craft, how many times the writer exited and re-entered the editor, whether their device was locked during the entire crafting process, whether their tabs were actively monitored for AI, whether they pasted content and how frequently, which components of their file were pasted, whether the document passed a human audit, and more. While no system is fool-proof against AI, we believe that transparency about how a document was crafted provides an extra layer of accountability for those utilizing our system and assurance for those verifying files.
